Head of Social Media & Customer Relations

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the VEHLA Instagram account on a daily basis
  • Develop new content and strategies to engage audiences and grow social media channels
  • Create highly engaging visual content that is in line with the aesthetic of VEHLA
  • Schedule, plan and execute all content for social media
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all enquiries across social media platforms and email
  • Participate in weekly and monthly virtual team meetings 
  • Communicate daily with the VEHLA team via Slack
  • Coordinate advertising campaign content with our FB & IG Ads manager
  • Support the management team with admin-related tasks and promote the company’s overall growth


  • Proficient in Instagram including Stories, Posts & Reels
  • Strong interest in fashion & art direction
  • Excellent writing & spelling skills for social posts and all correspondence with customers
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong passion for developing compelling content and visuals


Please note:

  • This position is a full-time role and fully remote for the foreseeable future
